1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Montreal Toiture Pro website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Montreal Toiture Pro offers residential and commercial roofing services in Greater Montreal, including but not limited to:

  • Roof installation and replacement (shingles, membrane, metal)
  • Roof repair and leak sealing
  • Roof inspection
  • 24/7 emergency service
  • Roof snow removal
  • Gutter installation and repair
  • Roof insulation

3. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided by Montreal Toiture Pro are estimates based on the information available at the time of evaluation (photos, descriptions, video calls). Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise indicated.

The final price may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered at the start of work, in which case the client will be informed and must approve any changes before additional work is performed.

4. Scope of Work

The scope of work is defined in the written estimate provided to the client. Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires a written agreement between both parties and may result in additional charges.

Montreal Toiture Pro commits to performing work in accordance with the Quebec Construction Code and the specifications of the material manufacturers used.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the estimate or service contract. Standard terms are as follows:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • The balance is payable upon completion of work and satisfactory inspection
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified in the estimate

In case of late payment, interest charges in accordance with the Quebec Civil Code may apply.

6. Warranty

Montreal Toiture Pro provides a workmanship warranty in accordance with industry standards and the Quebec Civil Code. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply according to the specific conditions of each manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: force majeure, vandalism, modifications made by third parties, or failure to maintain by the property owner.

7. Liability

Montreal Toiture Pro holds a license from the Regie du batiment du Quebec (RBQ) and carries liability insurance. Our liability is limited in accordance with the provisions of the Quebec Civil Code.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The client may cancel or reschedule work under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before work begins: no charge (unless materials have been ordered specifically for the project)
  • Rescheduling: subject to team availability and weather conditions
  • Specific cancellation terms are detailed in the estimate

9. Weather Conditions

Roofing work is weather dependent. Montreal Toiture Pro reserves the right to reschedule work in case of unfavorable weather conditions (rain, high winds, extreme temperatures) to ensure work quality and team safety.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
