Roofing Services on the South Shore
Serving homeowners across Montreal's South Shore with professional roofing. Shingle replacements, flat roof installations, repairs, and emergency services.
The South Shore stretches from Longueuil and Brossard all the way east to Varennes and Sainte-Julie, then south to La Prairie, Candiac, and Chateauguay. That is a lot of territory, and the housing stock varies wildly from one community to the next.
Saint-Lambert and Saint-Bruno have large homes with steep roofs and complex layouts. Multiple valleys, dormers, bay windows with their own little roof sections. These are beautiful houses that need precise flashing work to stay dry. La Prairie and Candiac are newer, with homes from the 1990s and 2000s that are just now entering their first major re-roofing cycle. The original architectural shingles are reaching the 20 to 25 year mark, and owners are starting to see granule loss, curling, and the occasional leak.
Flat roofs are everywhere on the Rive-Sud. Duplexes, triplexes, and mixed-use buildings along the major roads all have them. One thing that makes flat roof work on the South Shore a bit different: the clay-heavy soil in parts of the region can cause buildings to settle unevenly over time. That subtle shift can change the drainage pattern on a flat roof, creating low spots where water pools. We check slope and drainage on every flat roof inspection and correct any issues.
The South Shore sits in the St. Lawrence Valley weather corridor. That means heavy snow in winter, serious wind during spring and fall storms, and occasional hail in summer thunderstorms. Roof materials need to handle all of it. We recommend impact-resistant shingles for pitched roofs and high-wind-rated membrane systems for flat roofs.
We cover everything from a quick emergency patch after a storm to a full tear-off and re-roofing project. Every job starts with an honest assessment. Call us or send a photo to get your free estimate.
